By signing below, I consent to being included in photographs submitted to the Township of Mapleton Photo Contest.

I grant the Township of Mapleton permission to use my image in any media, including print, digital, website, and social media, for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes without compensation.

I release and hold harmless the Township of Mapleton from any claims, damages, or liability related to the use of my image.

I understand that once published, the Township of Mapleton cannot control third-party use of the image.
